"The hotel was located in a beautiful area close to the cathedral. Within walking distance of both of the city squares. The staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. Their breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is stunning!"

"Where to start? The front receptionist was so helpful and dedicated to helping guests feel at home. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was way more than expected with both hot and cold items. The mimosas put the frosting on the cake. Then the location……..just off the main square, it was quieter and convenient to everything one would need for full walking access all around Bruges. I would highly recommend this hotel for guests that want to feel at home and well taken...

"Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service in der Bar – die Kellner waren äußerst bemüht und aufmerksam. Die Drinks waren hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt: lecker, vielfältig und individuelle Wünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"Great stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. Location is good to walk to downtown and sites. Only negative is parking. We chose this hotel as it said self parking available but spots are very limited and needs to use a park case that appears close but in reality was not easy to get to if parked in back hotel parking lot to unload luggage. Make sure to get clear directions from Front desk on how to get to parkcade as lots of one ways if you miss...

"The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I felt it was over priced. The fresh mozzarella was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful, but not always available at the front desk. My stay was for 2 nights. Location was convenient. "
