"The place is nice. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was fine. Unfortunately, we were billed $91 extra when we checked out. Staff explained this is an amenities fee to cover parking, the shuttle ( which we didn’t use), and the pools. They should disclose this upfront. I’m not sure we would have chosen them if they had been transparent. We will not stay there again."

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. "The staff was great, extremelywelcomingand helpful. The property is well kept. The rooms are very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air and heat (yes we needed both) worked great. Its a convenient location as well. The pool was not ready when we were there so I can't comment on that but it was big and looked nice. My one thing was they charge a pet fee like everywhere but its per dog which with 2 is $70 a night. I hope they change that because it would be my only...

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to. They were available for any of our needs! I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth...
