"I wasn't expecting such a poor experience with a Marriott hotel. Extremely putrid mold-resembling scent engulfed the room and would only get more prominent as the days went by. Clumps of knotted hair were spread all over the bed, which in itself was damp and had uncomfortable pillows. There were live cockroaches and remainders of nail clippings on the ground. "We stayed here due to the proximity of the hospital across the street. My husband had to have a procedure done there. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.
