"This worked for a one night stay for us but for the price you would expect more. But tis the summer season. It was convenient to everything we needed. Limited parking when we returned at night to the point that we had no spot in the lot. If you’re looking for acceptable accommodations then this will work."

"Amelia was outstanding. Other B&B owners should go here so they can see the proper way to run their business. Amelia went out of her way to tell us what to see and places to go. She personally cooked breakfast on all 3 mornings that we were there and they were all top notch. We highly recommend this B&B and we will be back."

"The room was very cozy. We loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to local recommendations. The staff would also always provide us with fresh towels delivered to our door even when we did not need them to come clean the room. The tavern was also very yummy and the bartender was very very nice!"

"Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...

"This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large with a high ceiling. There were beach, accessories that you could rent at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious. Close and easy to walk to town. I would stay here again!"
