"We stayed for 1 night.It was okay buy they could do some renovation,the towel bar is like about to fall same with the shower curtain rod.The wallpaper in the washroom is peeling off and the ceiling in the washroom is like falling off.The exhaust fan in the washroom is so noisy.I like the bed that is clean and soft.Will I stay again?Yes I would for the price and the beddings."

"This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. We enjoyed the lounging couch for two and the bed was very comfortable. As this was a B&B designated accommodation, we expected someone in the morning for breakfast preparation. We availed ourselves with a pod coffee and a tea while we waited for staff. We waited until 9:30 am at which point we messaged the property stating that we were leaving. I received a response 12 hours later!! We found breakfast at a nearby restaurant, but what happened to the second ‘B’ in the B&B we stayed at? The lack of breakfast was disappointing and added an extra expense for something we had paid for. Nevertheless, the missed breakfast at Sasquatch Crossing Eco Lodge is not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again. The one star rating for staff was because we did not meet a staff member. So, in no way could we rate someone we never met!"

"We were housed in the older section of the hotel, but I did not mind. The room was clean, had comfortable beds, and there was very little noise from other occupied Rooms. The highlight of this hotel, for me, was all the pools!! One hot tub (indoor), one indoor adults-only pool, three outdoor pools...one of which was adults only and heated to 98° The only unpleasant incident was a person working the late shift at the reception desk: He either made an assumption about my adult daughter and I, or he resented that I booked through Expedia. Whichever it was, it caused him to be barely civil to us. The rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly."

"Our room was spacious, spotless & had a remarkably comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the coffee/Tea station is excellent too. Highly recommend it."
