"had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready, plus other guests were checked in before me until I said something to the front desk."

"Fortunately, the staff was kind and moved me to another room. First room had the ceiling falling apart above the shower and a broken AC The door lock system functioned, but was missing the lock plate on the door jam Looks like they’re needing a renovation of the facility"

"The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on."

"Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc."

"It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed."

"I enjoyed my short time spent, staff was attentive, breakfast was decent/good for pricing, and room was clean and tidy most of all. My only "complaint" was that the gym equipment and is bit outdated and old, and it was difficult getting in, due to a lock change that they didn't notify guest about. Other than that it was an overall positive experience, and the staff was friendly and helpful"

"If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something."

"Main thing I can say is the beds and pillows were comfortable. Beds looked clean, room was clean as was bathroom. Carpets, not so much but I feel like that’s not unusual. We were only there literally to sleep as we had an early flight the next day. Would stay there over the comfort Inn."

"Very good value for the price. I booked my stay 2+ weeks in advance, I requested a ground floor room but you were unable to accommodate me which is understandable but also unfortunate. I don't hold that against you but it did make things more difficult!"
