"Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes"

"Normally a very good hotel. Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. So much so I asked the check in staff if they wanted to deal with her e"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had (family room) was tired and well used. Poorly set out, occupants of the double room had to go through the twin room to access the bath room. Unfortunately very noisy hot and smelly due the kitchen extractor fan located outside the bedroom window. Breakfast although served by helpful waitress was poor, I x small rasher of bacon, a small what looked like and tasted like cheap brand sausage. Toast was thin tasteless cheap (45p) supermarket...

"Overall was an amazing place to visit. We had booked the suites which were fantastic. Shocked to hear place was 9 years old. Felt much younger. Suites private garden was nice, however slightly shocked could not fully use main spa amenities. The biggest down side for us was the bed which we had in the lavender suite. It was awful, very slanted and first night I did not sleep well. Was informed next morning could only rotate the bed. Which staff to there credit did do, however once again issues...

"No ask was deemed too complicated these hosts are next level kind, entertaining and accommodating! Even made me a delicious breakfast roll as I had an early start. Breakfast in the Victorian classroom a real highlight."

"Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure. Breakfast was very good and Simon was very friendly"
