"A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges."

"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. "Perfect location in Lyme, especially with parking. Comfy bed. Disappointed pool not open, and surprised not to get a discount via Expedia. Common parts very old but apparently will be updated in next few years. Will be excellent when completed"
