"A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment."

"As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets."
Upon arriving they were far from luxurious.
Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared.
The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance.
The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases.
All the basic requirements except clothes dryer.
Very small screen and not a smart...

"The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff amazingly friendly, shout out to Ros who called me to confirm our stay and advised she would have the room ready early for checkin. Cooked breakfast was ok."
