Jackalope Hotel

Merricks North

10/10 Excellent

Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch. However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. At...

Melbourne Central Business District

The staff are fortunately empowered by their management to...

5 Knots Metung

Metung

10/10 Excellent

The apartment has a very high spec. It is modern, well equipped, comfortable and in a great location just a few mi utes walk from the village centre. It has an easy access, no key, code system that avoids the need to have multiple keys for all family members. My only complaint was that I had to call them to check how I got access to the property given there are no staff on site. They said they were glad I called because my international phone number meant they had been unable to contact me. What...
