It’s a bed with roof over head for a nights sleep… No towels in room less than a 1/4th of a roll of toilet paper. Flies all over the room alive and dead Knats swarm in if you even crack the door to walk outside.

Underrated lake front area, perfect to grill and enjoy the views. The dock outside your room makes It easy to paddle board or float. Everything you need is in 5 minute walking distance.

The property have a credibility to make rooms and hotel more attractive and manageable, there is parking and good lake view , but the amenities are worst and staff were poor, there’ is no bath soap , no A.c , no essential services and most importantly no proper communication by staff who doesn’t understands , but as I said it would be great property if they maintains properly

our room was spotless. the staff member when we checked in (I believe he is also the owner) was great! Made sure we had everything we needed and made sure I had his personal number in case we needed anything. You can tell he is putting a lot of work into updating. This place is naturally beautiful and only going to get better. Thank you for having us and our 3 dogs. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back next year!

Heat stopped working during 30F night. Luckily management brought me a small space heater to make it through the night. Room seemed to be clean but outdated and had a musty smell along with the towels etc. Bath tub filled up while showering. Nice view of the lake.

This is a lovely lakeside motel with everything you might want for a lovely northeastern Vermont vacation. It is essentially located to literally everything. You can rent kayaks, you can jump in the lake and take a swim, you can bring your own recreational toys, it is great.
