"The hotel was convenient to our travels, staff was friendly and helpful and looked and felt clean. Our only complaint, we had to pay a $150 "deposit" which I understand (hotel was paid prior to arrival), but after one week, that deposit has yet to be refunded. I called and spoke with the hotel, they said it can take 7-10 business days to show back up in my account. I've traveled a lot and have never had a deposit not refunded within a day or two."

"Place was nice, we had 2 breakfast meals, very good. We had issue with shower, could not get any cold water, so had to be at lowest heat level. The toilet backed up once. The front desk did have an issue with check-in, and not taking our card for the 100$, but later corrected it and gave us a free meal to make up for it. Thanks! There is an Applebees across the street for dining and drinks, so that was cool. Front desk folks were nice."
