"this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host."

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"King Deluxe smoking room. Bar was closed. Pool closed. Spa closed. A/c didn’t work first night. Called front desk numerous times, no response. No luggage carts available. No vending on upper floors. The open food place ran out of food. Old mattresses, where you could visually see the foot area about 4-6 inches above head area on bed. No microwave. At Rook’s the only place to get alcohol there the line was very long. Finally got to bar tender, older male with glasses, I said seems busy today....

I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. "From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!"

"Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony."

"I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...
