"From the moment we parked the car in secured lock up garage the experience was amazing. We felt like we had stepped back in time to the old days when service meant everything. The Guy on reception (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) had a great sense of humour and could speak English. I apologise but we didn’t speak Italian. Car parking very easy and secure. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance as was the shore. An excellent stay and would definitely return. "

"Property is very convenient to train station being walking distance. Airport is about 10 min away by taxi. The hotel allowed early check in, set up and early taxi to airport and provided breakfast to go boxes, as we were missing the breakfast.The hotel is conveniently located, efficient and helpful. The hotel decor is dated, carpeting in hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. The staff is helpful and courteous. Ideal for a stay before catching an airplane or train"

"Last night in Brindisi, so chose this hotel which was in an amazing location with a great view. The hotel is clean, chic and absolutely lovely. The only negative thing about my stay was the softness of the pillows, as a big boy my head was not supported well enough and woke with a stiff neck... but I'm happy. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was decent. Thank you."

"An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either."
