Staff done an exceptional job with making us feel so welcome by going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and making my partner’s birthday so special. Lakes by Yoo truly feels like a home away from home and I would I highly recommended. Thank you for the upgrade. We will be returning. "

"Really lovely accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure check in and out was easy.
We went to the pub for food and it was excellent - great menu and well cooked and presented. Staff were really helpful again

"Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. Host communicates everything ahead of time so we knew...

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "
