"Room had a smell to it, like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was still a lingering smell. Other than that it was okay."

"Staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was large and nicely set out. Bed was too soft for me but if you like a soft bed.... Floor could use a vacuum and in lifts. Easy access from car parking with case trolley available. Air con was quiet. Room was very quiet. Restaurant available but could use another vegetarian option. I'd stay again but hopefully have a harder bed and freshly vacuumed floor 😉"

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was clearly not too old. Reception was fine (accessed up a step which may be a problem for some). There's still signage and I think promotion about a airport shuttle service, but they no longer offer that. I used an uber from the airport ($29) and back to it ($16). Though the location is all about the airport, the hotel is walkable to the river ferry, and walkable to Eat Street Northshore and Bluey's World if you are mobile and not lazy. All in all,...

"The room was okay but there was an old towel from a previous guest on the back of the bathroom door. It is a remote check in and you had to wait for an sms with the code before you could get into the parking lot. There were stairs up to the room and no elevator. It was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again."
