Easy access from car parking with case trolley available. Air con was quiet. Room was very quiet. Restaurant available but could use another vegetarian option. I'd stay again but hopefully have a harder bed and freshly vacuumed floor 😉"

"My room was never cleaned in the 3 nights. I mentioned this on the second afternoon and again it was not cleaned the next day. I was in Brisbane for work so all I needed was a clean room to sleep in when I got back."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was clearly not too old. Reception was fine (accessed up a step which may be a problem for some). There's still signage and I think promotion about a airport shuttle service, but they no longer offer that. I used an uber from the airport ($29) and back to it ($16). Though the location is all about the airport, the hotel is walkable to the river ferry, and walkable to Eat Street Northshore and Bluey's World if you are mobile and not lazy. All in all,...
