The unit was spacious and the kitchen had what we needed. The rootop infinity pool was very nice! SouthBank and the museums are really close by as was Woolworths and restaurants.

Loved the location for the proximity to the Performing Arts Centre. Easy walking distance. The apartment was great, clean, tidy, beautiful view of the city at night. The bathroom not so good. A little smelly and the hand basin wasn't draining and clogged up. Check-in turned out to be a little tricky in the dark. We were only able to find the lockbox with the assistance of other guests as the pictures provided were not sufficient. The same applies to finding the apartment upon entering the building. We were only able to make sense of it with the help of another resident. The numbers on the key were 2193. 2 apparently stands for the building, 19 for the floor, then the number of the apartment. The explanations in the access information are not clear enough. Other than that absolutely perfect.

Amazing views and infinity pool

Great hotel, amazing views and infinity pool and easy check-in and check-out. Only down side woukd be the ridiculously toght parking lot and the half-sized allocated parking space for the unit we were given. Not at all ideal when you drive a larger car as there was no way of fitting into it without hanging right out. Other than this Lucid apartments is a great oace to stay and I wouod love to return soon

Good start to holiday

Convenient building and is an easy walk to surrounding neighborhoods. The apartment itself was a bit unclean... like maybe it wasn’t cleaned before our stay? There is old candy under the beds, trash under the bathroom sink, dishes left out and the comforter of the master bed smelled liked body odor. The owners didn’t respond via VRBO or e-mail and at first it seemed like it was a scam. I was finally able to reach someone on the phone while incurring $60 of international calling charges.

It was a great property but it was difficult only having one key - it’s a private rental also which wasn’t clear.

Close to Attractions with Rooftop Infinity Pool!

Close to Attractions like the Museum, Art Galleries, Theatre, Convention Centre and with an awesome Rooftop Infinity Pool! Apartment was modern and clean with great city views. Only issue was the noisy train when sitting on the balcony, but couldn't hear it when the door was shut.

Complete Lack off communication, Absolutely NO service, Couldn't find key to access apartment, one less towel for number of booked guests and towels were damp. Bathroom amentities were watered down (shampoo, conditioner etc) No milk for tea, coffee sachets. Very average in every way!

Property was fine; check in was chaotic and disorganised; only one key; undisclosed security deposit demanded by phone and email. People were polite enough to deal with but all seemed dodgy and disorganised.

Place is great, but air Holme property management service needs improvement! Communication confusing, mixed messages and difficult to understand. We were told to drop the key off at the same place we picked it up and the office was closed and no one answered their mobile. We ended up locking them in the apartment so we wouldn’t miss our flight.

The communication was terrible. I arrived just before 3pm and after phoning the number was told to wait for the keys because the cleaners were still going. After 30 minutes I tried phoning again (7 times) but no one picked up. At 4pm I tried phoning again (7 or 8 times) until someone picked up. Finally at 4.15 a cleaner came down and gave us access to the room. The room is fine but the service is just terrible!

I believe the Lucid apartments are quite new to Ebookers and overall as the building didn't even exist two years ago. We liked the location of it in South Brisbane and the view we had! We booked the one bedroom apartment on the 26th floor which had the most stunning Balcony view of the CBD especially at night! Communication was great on finding how to enter the property.. the only issue is we couldn't find the lockbox for the key which is apparently opposite the property but luckily someone was exiting so we got in fine! There is a postbox in the entry hall and you are e mailed the code to get in.. all fine! The apartment was just perfect - double bedroom with view of the mountains, great lounge and kitchen area and of course the stunning balcony view! Washer and drier all worked fine and, being British, we were the only ones to use the rooftop infinity pool which was just incredible, again with the best views! I wouldn't hesitate booking Lucid apartments again as it was a decent price for 10 days and a great location with everything we needed!
