Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Brisbane

"The room had a used and dirty comforter on both beds. We called the front desk to provide us new comforters. We stripped the comforters off the bed and set them aside. When we returned to our room, what housekeeping left us were mattress pads and NOT comforters. Additionally they didn’t even take the dirty comforters or make the beds. We went down to front desk for a new room and they did quickly find us a new room with clean bedding. Overall, seems like poor housekeeping service and good front...

"Mooie kamer alleen wat gedateerd"

"They charge $25 per night for parking and surprise you with it 😭😭😭 also an elevator and gym not in service It was clean though"

"The room was decent size and clean. I love how they have cucumber and lemon water in the lobby throughout the day. There is a walking trail with a nice view if you need to do some cardio before starting your day. Location is freeway friendly. There's a couple of places walking distance if you get hungry to grab a bite. Staff was helpful."

"Room was bigger than expected. Atrium can be loud in morning for breakfast and even with loud children, did not hear them from the bedroom side of my room. Breakfast buffet was decent, get omelette or other fresh egg styles from the made to order station. Good amenities, well maintained. Front desk said a full renovation of all rooms was done 3-4 years ago and it shows. Beds were very comfortable."

"Good location. Sufficient amenities. Bad smell"

"Huge facility, rooms shabby"

"The room was so incredibly hot and the AC didn’t bring it below 74. We stayed in October. It wasn’t hot outside."
