All in all was great place to stay. Enjoyed our stay while in Brisbane. Close to the city. Just some little things like pillars and bigger pot for cooking otherwise enjoyed staying will come back

Nice modern & clean apartment although one of the kids had to sleep on a sofa as there were not enough beds for 7 as booked. I'm still haven't received my bond back a week later even though they sent me a receipt. I may have to initiate a transaction dispute which has soured what was otherwise a nice stay . There is a bit of noise coming from the traffic on Lutwyche Road . The access to the lift & rooms was all electronic codes that were texted to us it worked well but the lift did take off without us when loading luggage into it. I will update my review when I receive my bond .

I liked the closeness to the RBWH as that was the reason for our stay.It was also quiet and peaceful. As for our check in it was a little confusing as we were not use to checking in this way otherwise it was easy. Thank you for a pleasant experience

No staff at check in, I enquired about a late check in, got no reply. There were cleaning products left in our room and no towels. Had to use face washer as a towel. Rubbish under bed and blood drops on bed linen. Very disappointing for $300

Unless this property fundamentally changes, I would avoid staying here. Lack of professionalism overall - I was checked in by a rude staff member who appeared to be part of housekeeping, argumentative, and not trained. No cutlery in rooms and used linen scattered in common areas. Room was not ready at advertised check in time and room provided was not as advertised - in summary, misleading advertising for the significant amount of money charged. Management appears to prefer as little interaction with guests as possible.

This guest attended during the State of the Origin games and aparently had several negative experiences prior to his arrival with airlines / hotel which he communicated in no uncertain terms. Apologies for a lack of empathy he may have received by housekeepers.

Handy location but a little noisy as one side is on a main road. You will need to go shopping or eat out there is very limited nearby food options and no room services. Room rate was high but still reasonable when compared to other similar properties. Recommended.

Thank you Jason. We will provide a food guide into the rooms and apartments as there are actually some very nice breakfast options (one of them vegan) and some excellent restaurants and eateries too. A fresh food market is in walking distance down Newmarket Road. Also, the liquorland is about to re-open after the recent floods. If the adjacent Macca's is not the first choice UberEats is at the doorstep 24/7 for other fast food choices.

Way too expensive! Only 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment for over $1100 is ridiculous. The location close to a friend's home is the only reason we would ever consider coming back.

Sorry, just a few observations from 208... No spare toilet rolls Toilet had skids in it, obviously not cleaned No extra blankets No tea towel.. Dish wash detergent empty Sorry for the amount we paid I expected a much higher standard. Only 2 satchets of coffee and 2 tea bags, no milk for coffee

Very helpful staff, but located on a busy noisy road. Second bedroom beds are rock hard and no lights accessible from beds. TV only google, no access to free to air tv.

Expensive for what it was but not much you can do when it’s a last minute booking. Staff had a bit of attitude about us checking in late even though it was within the check in window. ok if you plan on spending more of your day out and are just coming back to sleep. Plus side plenty of free street parking so you don’t have to pay for onsite parking which is limited anyways.

Staff was very welcoming and its close to airport.vacant buildings at front and is untidy looking from street. Every thing is code operated.I had booked a taxi for 8am the following morning allowing me 2 and a half hours to arrive for my flight the taxi company never arrived. I repeatedly rang them asking where my taxi was and they said they were very busy and had no car available and i would have to make other arrangements having flown i to brisbane for my first time and being unfamiliar with the bus system and knowing no one i rang a second cab company and was told the same thing i waited 3 hrs for a cab missed my flight and was left out of pocket and extremely distressed.

I enjoy the keyless-ness of the property. Having codes to access the outer doors, lift and room is really helpful. It makes after hours check in and check out really easy. It also means I don't need to remember keys when I go out. Building is quiet and clean.

I enjoy how quiet and clean the property is. The bed and room is comfortable and modern. TV has a Chromecast and tablet attached to allow for ease of use with your own device(or the supplied tablet) to watch TV. The property is keyless - everything uses the supplied PINs to access doors and lifts. It is really convenient for outside hours check in/out, or if you are someone who forgets their key.

We were disappointed with what we got. We booked for the max amount in the app - and we booked the room according to the description. Only to find out that the bedding configuration is different to what we have on confirmation. I called them and explained the situation and was told that there is nothing that can be done apart from upgrading. The normal price for the upgrade to a 3 bedroom was another $150. I was told that they will change the price to $110 which also never happened. The check in process was laborious and long (roughly 20-25 minutes). The self contained kitchen utensils were none existant (didnt even have a spatula), the non stick pans were dirty and i had to wash before using, there was only 4 plates for a room to accommodate 7, and there were a massive amount of spider webs on the deck. The apartments look great and new but for over $500 for the night, i was expecting a lot more.
