"The late check in process was easy and efficient however I was disappointed by a few things. We were informed there was exterior works in the apartments during our stay but didn’t know that would mean the pool was closed during the day sometimes. The dryer in our room didn’t dry our clothes, there was mould in the shower, the bathroom tap didn’t stay on meaning I had to hold it to keep the water running. The hot water in the kitchen is so hot it burns your hands! The kitchen is well equipped...

"Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things."

"The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...

"The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs. The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation. Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area."

"Adina was a beautifully presented hotel. As soon as the doors opened, its unique architecture and design popped! Our room was lovely and we were positioned away from the intersection on level 12 which made it quiet. Everything we needed was included and the mini kitchen was a great idea for our future longer stays. Parking in Uptown over the weekend was a steal and the position of the hotel to the mall, casino and Southbank was excellent."
