"Helpful polite staff , very clean rooms"

"I would not recommend this hotel at all. The check in clerk was like a robot, no greeting just 'name', then 'photo ID and credit card' followed by handing us our room key and pointing the direction of our room. The TV did not work and I had to wait at reception for 20 minutes while the reception clerk, who was the only staff member there, attended to something else before returning to reception. He came to the room, fixed the TV but didn't tell us every time we turn the TV off we would incur...
