"A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. "Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. "The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. "The room we stayed in was not as per the listing description for the property, nor did it match the pictures on the listing. Very dark hallways, felt unsafe. Fire doors in hallway were propped open the whole time. Noisy. Shower curtain was a foot too short and only went part way around the shower stall so most of the bathroom flooded during a shower. No fan in bathroom or squeegee so the water just sat there. No closet for hanging clothes. No luggage or bag storage..everything had to sit on the...

"The Hotel is looking it's age and the room was dated. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and the Shower Tiles are very slippery, also the passages leading to the rooms are poorly lit."
