"Room was not as advertised. 2 Bedroom Suite is just 2 spaces with no doors. There was no privacy within the "suite", there was stains on the curtains. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. The room was not worth $550. The staff was nice, although I didn't get to speak with a manager."

"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"

There was no glasses in the bathroom. The view out our window was of the dumpster . The breakfast offered was coffee. There was nothing else but coffeee. The whole hotel needs a whole makeover. Will not be staying there ever again. "
