Well thought out amenities in the room, everything you needed to properly live there - a very refreshing change compared to other serviced apartments! Well equipped kitchen, solid internet to work, good amount of space with couch available. Really good spot in the city. We extended our stay several times

SACO Bristol – West India House is ideally located in the heart of Bristol, with easy walking access to restaurants and attractions. The surrounding area blends historic charm with ongoing construction, offering a mix of old and new. The stay came with clear pros and cons. On the plus side, self check-in is straightforward with clear emailed instructions, and early check-in is accommodated when possible. The flat itself is spacious and nicely laid out, and the price is attractive for the location. However, communication and comfort fall short. The TV works only via apps, with no instructions provided, and there’s no guidance on how to operate the heating—problematic during a December stay. Even 24-hour support wasn’t able to help. Supplies are minimal (no extra towels, napkins, or paper towels), so plan ahead if you intend to cook. While advertised as a king bed, it felt closer to a queen—something my 6ft+ partner could easily attest to. The biggest issue was cleanliness, particularly the carpet, which clearly needed a deep steam cleaning. Overall, while the price is good, I would likely pay a bit more next time in Bristol for a more relaxing stay.

Nice hotel at a very convenient location, near to the shopping area, restaurants. Easy to handle the self check-in, for questions raised can receive the reply quickly. Except that is strange to me that I stay their for 15 nights for 2 person, but only 2 packs of clothes washing detergents provided. 2 set of coffee and tea provided for the first day stay their and the day before leaving. I would except that coffee and tea be provided for the whole period stayed and sufficient clothes washing detergents be provided. And the cleaning provided on Saturday (7th and 14th day I stay there) also strange to me, as I will be leaving the day after the second cleaning. Anyway, the hotel is in good condition, ease to access and I will stay there again for future trip to Bristol.

Comfortable and great location

Very comfortable apartment. The only negative thing was last minute instructions on how to check in and a problem with opening one of the windows. Great location.

We loved our stay at SACO West India House in Bristol. Vibrant neighbourhood within two minutes of St. Nick's Market and every kind of cuisine you could hope for. Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped.

Bodde i studio. Rummet var stort, mycket bra säng, tror att den var 1,60 bred. Köksutrustningen täckte alla mina behov. Hotellet placerat mitt i Bristol men i tyst läge. Ingen reception/personal på hotellet men det kom tillräcklig information för att klara sig.

Emplacement au top !

Excellent emplacement, studio confortable avec une vue sur le canal très sympathique, bien équipé et spacieux. Le sofa n’est en revanche qu’un lit d’appoint ou pour un enfant (confort moyen). Je recommande cet hébergement.

Very nice stay

Beautiful and spacious studio apartment in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Some minor complaints: kitchen had no spatula (but there were other utensils to awkwardly flip my fried egg) and the towel heater in the bathroom could not be switched off so it is constantly heating the room, even when you maybe don't want that.

Very surprised how good room was, there was even a washing machine. I had family meet me in the afternoon at the property and they were blown away by it.. proximity to station and local amenities were very good. Gin bar boat directly outside. And Brewdog bar next door .Definitely stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful flat on the heart of Bristol

Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't connected to the internet, do I couldn't use any of the apps.

Great value for location with all the main attractions at your doorstep or a short walk away. The apartment is very spacious and I was delighted to find a proper king size bed. No problem with street noise; there was some from upstairs but not enough to really bother us. We were able to unload at the door and had no trouble getting a park at the small but closest NCP Baldwin St car park.
