"Perfect location, a short stroll from the centre and the Christmas market - the reason for our visit. We were welcomed and pleased to find that our room was available earlier than expected. From the outset we were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was super clean and tidy and the room was lovely and very well decorated. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again as a perfect base for enjoying Bath so will be back in summer."

"The customer service was excellent. All staff were attentive, helpful and genuinely friendly and interested in us getting the most out of our stay. Room was lovely just a little bit hot overnight even with the window open. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"Friendly owners who met on arrival for a quick check in and to check that we were ok.
Clean comfy rooms with a freshly cooked breakfast delivered to the room at a chosen time to suit us.
Lovely cosy room, would definitely recommend.
