Clayton Hotel Bristol City
"The bed was Painfully small. We booked a Deluxe Double, the bed was absolutely ridiculously small. We left the climate control on when we went to bed and then woke up at 2am in the morning, very hot, because the climate control turns itself of at midnight, how absolutely ridiculous!"

A particular 'shout out' to Sasha and John in the restaurant, Steak at Six. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my friends. We all had a fantastic time: Thank you. ..."

"Room had damp issues around the window frame which is strange to see in the summer months. Queued at reception to check in, the reception team ignored us and dealt with another guest who walked straight past us. Staff that we interacted with didn’t seem very interested in talking at all."
