"Nice clean "

"Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and had what looked like a cigarette burn on the bedspread. There was also something dark on the toilet seat. Ugh. Would not recommend this place and I don’t understand the high reviews for this place. On the up side, staff was nice when we checked in."

"It is an old roadside motel but everything was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but was the most minimal I have ever had with just cereal, milk coffee, juice and a few Walmart muffins."

And the most comfortable bed ever! It’s a perfect location for exploring the town. Make sure and visit Mosaics coffee shop and Beaufort Lee’s bar just around the corner. "The room needed to be vacuumed when we entered. The sheets and comforters are thin. The shower curtain didn't reach the top of the tub, so it caused water to go everywhere. We asked the front desk for more towels just to cover the floor. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it made the room damp. Breakfast was standard but also out 2/3 days we stayed, I saw no more than two people on staff which means they were all doing multiple jobs at once."
