"The pool is amazing, our room is clean and we love it.I just wish there is microwave in each room for convinience.Quiet and we loved our view outside especialy when its snowing we love the view in our window. Were just disappointed were thinking the ski area is in one place where the pool and lodge.but its not. But over all my family enjoy our stay ."

"We loved our overnight stay at the Hampton. Room were spotless,beds super comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Kelowna airport with a shuttle so is ideal for an early morning flight."

"Overall great experience, lovely staff, clean room , breakfast was included which was a great perk. Only suggestion would be to have the indoor pool warm. It was very cold . "

"First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. "
