"It's a very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, with helpful and friendly staff."

"The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work."

"Overall the place was great except for the discrepancy in the price. The price in Expedia was miss leading. I was quoted 170 cdn dollars. When I arrived and paid the price was an extra 140 dollars more for 2 nights."

"Staying a few nights would have liked the house keeping to make beds and vacuum after two days and wipe down surfaces not just change towels. We pay a full rate every night so we should have room cleaning services. Waffle maker needs new cooking spray that ‘works’ so the waffle doesn’t stick every time. The hotel was very nice and nice service loved the hot tub and pool"

"While the property was cleaned very well, maintenance wasn’t a top priority. The fan in our bathroom room didn’t work. Showers were awfully steamy. The base of the interior bath door was deteriorating. The ice machine on our floor was not operational. The soda machine was 98% empty. In the gym the TV in front of the tread mill had no controls. The volume on the one in front of the stationary bike could not be adjusted. You could improve on the breakfast eggs. The yogurt was great."

"The Coffee Maker in the Room did not work at all. I was awake at 4:30 to 5:30 am due to people above me stomping on the floor for over an hour and didn't stop. I had the worse sleep ever and I was there in town for work too, not a vacation it was a tough next day! Not sure if I would go back to this hotel."

"I requested a room change after checking in as the first room didn’t meet our handicap needs. The front desk was very accommodating and filled our request without hesitation which was very much appreciated."

"The saving grace for this hotel is the pool. The area around the pool and the pool itself are excellent. The rooms are old with some renovations. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom with a tiny pedestal sink. The curtains are too small for the window in the bedroom area so the light comes in in the morning. Taking the spider webs out of the window would be nice too. The housekeepers do not know how to make a bed with tucked in sheets and no wrinkles. Our beds looked like they were...

"When checked in they said they would clean room every second day. We stayed 4 nights and never had the room refreshed or cleaned. They brought towels one night after complaining."

"Older property but updated and clean. The exterior could use a bit of TLC. We were in the 2nd building in the back, and weren't bothered by any traffic noise. The air conditioner was old and loud though. All in all, fine for an overnight stay."
