"The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to...

"The room was nicely appointed and the bed was fantastic! It was so comfortable! When you first arrive you are go through a cozy, inviting round outdoor fireplace seating area that was great to sit by and enjoy some of their delicious food and beverages. As a bit of an odd note, the soap products they use are outstanding! It is a BC company called Rocky Mountain Soap and it smelled phenomenal! It was called Lemongrass Everything Wash. They sell it at the front desk. I can't recommend this place...

"Lovely hotel, check in process was rather slow. I had a two queen bed, the beds were incredibly soft and not very comfortable. However the restaurant and lounge were great!"
