"The property has beautiful surroundings. Staff was great and helpful. But lake area was not as nice as expected. The beach was not that clean for kids to play in. Ghost town next door was really nice. "

"Very cool old hotel, great location downtown, super friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Loved the little coffee & ice area on the second floor! Only two negative things to say..... the wall mounted fireplace in our room didn't work, and there was a crazy amount of cobwebs on the outside of the windows of our room and bathroom. Both those things were minor, and other then those it was great. Would definitely book there again!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sadly we slept in and missed the buffet breakfast because it ended at 9:30 which seems a bit early for a weekend. "
