"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com.
