"Very accommodating stay. My key got stuck in the door, so they put me in a larger room. Hotel in heart of Brno, just don’t expect too much English to be spoken."

"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone.
I loved the room and the bathroom, however it will be nice if the owner can put a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and a cup for hot beverages in the room. "

"Very kind and accommodating staff! I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they moved things around for me with no problem despite Hotels.com trying to charge me fees. The room was clean and everything I could have asked for. "
