"The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax. However, the true highlight was the spa area, which completely exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and tucked away in the hotel’s basement, it felt like a hidden sanctuary. Using the saunas was an absolute pleasure. A true gem in Brno that I would happily recommend."

"New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. I'm a thin person, same with my daughter and we had an elderly friend with us. It was unbearable for everyone. In my apartment in Budapest I have two ACs. All you need to do is...

"Safe quiet location in walking distance to old city center, rooms are clean, bed and shower - good. They don’t have a bar or smth in the lobby - but plenty of options to grab coffee in 3-5 mins of walk."
