"Exceptional hotel with friendly welcoming and helpful staff. From the smiling hosts at the morning breakfast everything was fresh and delicious. Great coffee! The piano and grand hall seating area is a dream of luxury to sit have cocktails and enjoy. The Dani.B restaurant was amazing. Best experience in our over 35 year travelling Europe and North America. 💯recommend 😍😍😍"

"Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird.
Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."

"The hotel Royal Ricc is in a very convenient location only a block from the main Square in the City Hall. There are several restaurants and bar bars nearby. There is one with very good beer next to our window, however. It hasn’t bothered us, but it might bother someone who is a light sleeper. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay where we were because the room was really awesome!"
"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "
"I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. "What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all...
"A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before."
