"There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. "There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given."
