"The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly.
The room was spacious enough and clean with a large bathroom.
I would have given this motel a 100% approval except that the walls are a little thin and I had some very noisy neighbors. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable enough that I was able to sleep well once the next room tuned it down."

"The location was convenient, staff were good. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept turning off randomly, especially at night. The staff did look into it but then the weather cooled down so it wasn’t so much an inconvenience but as the warmer weather comes it might be an issue."

Fridays and Saturday nights can be a little bit noisy but that’s something you need to expect when you are right by Surfers Paradise beach.

"Booking in after 5pm was frustrating as intercom service kept cutting out and I had to re-ring them over 6 times. Once in the building instructions to pick up key was straight forward.
Apartment was well appointed and clean. My preference for water temperature should be 1 to 2 degrees higher as it was quite cold when I was there and took a long time to reach maximum heat. I realise there are occ health and safety restrictions, but the temperature was set too low.
