"The phone in the room didn’t work. OK, I have a cell phone so that’s it the end of the world. But the cold shower the next morning was a deal-killer. The guy at the front desk said they had been having some mechanical issues. That’s an explanation, not an excuse."

"Heater was out on the indoor pool. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel, so I was bummed. There was dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. My room was spotless as well as comfortable. There was no free breakfast"

"The place was discusting. air conditioner never worked properly, 2 sets of keys never worked had to change rooms. Door closed with gap to outside. Literally worse place I ever stayed. Never stayed for the free breakfast "

"I stayed at Clarion for all my business Needs. It’s close to the airport and the rooms are clean. The beds are soft and I always get a good night. Sleep there. I love the indoor pool as well. Outdoor pool when it’s season and the staff is so kind is so kind."

"Overall the experience was good. The breakfast bar that you pay $14.95 was more or less a standard inclusion at most hotels. I don't feel it was worth the money but just my opionion based on stays at many hotels where a similar offering is included with the room. "

"Wonderful location for the Biltmore. The town was easy to navigate and pretty. Our room was very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and food good. Sit around the pool during the day it was quite lovely. Would stay again."
