Our room was on 3rd floor facing the roof of next door building . And the lobby was very basic with drinks and small menu, but does the job for a short stay during the World Cup."

"Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only...

"Good walking distance to tourist attractions. Filtered water station was available on our floor. The fitness center was sufficient. Parking fees were unreasonably priced. One elevator of the two was out of order for our entire stay. Waiting for elevators were lengthy. We ended up using the stairs quite a bit and we were on the 9th floor. When checking past reviews, it looks as though this has been an ongoing issue for awhile. We were there for 5 days and only had our room cleaned twice....

"We told them 3 people coming, requested 2 beds, got 1 bed and a sleep sofa. Towels for 2 in the bathroom, had to request more. They were brought up in a timely manner. When we opened the sofa bed, linens or pillows. Called front desk and a short time later, a plastic bag containing the linens was delivered to our room. When housekeeping came to do the room, the sofa bed was left unmade and again we had towels for 2. The cleaner was outside our room, I asked for more towels and she spoke 2 words...

"Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Got to the property they let me know the Res had been canceled but I had been charged for a previous day said to call Expedia they authorized a refund, the room had trippeled in price so we decided to stay elsewhere"
