"Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! "

"Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. "New, clean building. Rooms are on the smaller side, and designed with poor ergonomics which makes for an uncomfortable stay. Had some trouble communicating with the front desk. We did not receive housekeeping service for a 5 night stay, this is unacceptable. The bathroom door is sliding frosted glass so doesn’t latch shut or lock and leaks a lot of light into the room during the night when in use. Elevator requires the room key card to go to your floor, which was not explained to us at check in,...

"I was in Seattle for an overnight and wanted to visit Pike Place Market and a few additional sites. The Mayflower hotel is well suited for adventures, the staff stored my luggage prior to check in and the front desk staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the comfy bed, Oliver's and the morning coffee. Thank you for making my trip extra special. "
