"Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. That said, I would like to recognize Todd, who works at reception in the evening and night. He was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very pleasant to speak with. I also want to acknowledge the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful. In particular, there was an African American gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but he was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall, while there were a few excellent staff members who made a positive impression, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations."

"The toilet in my room was clogged and the property refused to let me change my room I drove all the way from ny and ended up having to get a another hotel the same night. Front desk staff Beth was very rude and inconsiderate. She offered for me to plunge the toilet myself. She called the onsite manager and explained the situation. They weren’t able to accommodate me either. We ended up leaving and getting a room at the La Quinta Inn nearby which was very clean and the staff was friendly and polite."

"Hotel smelled of smoke even in the non smoking areas and rooms, beds were extremely small just not the best for anyone looking for quality. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not return again."
