"No free water, so expensive, extra charges upon arrival. Cash not accepted in the restaurant. Staying on the top bunk was so troublesome, having to climb up and down a ladder that was uncomfortable. The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly.

"Personale all’arrivo molto accogliente a differenza di quello del check out che non ha voluto ammettere sbaglio della propria chat/whatsup! State attenti!! Verificate sempre perché spesso sono messaggi ingannevoli"

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. But overall we had a good memory stayed at Inntel Zandam,...

"No maj"

"All good"

"Great family rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. Bus stop just outside so travelling around was a breeze. Would def recommend."

"100/10"

"The room size was exceeded expectations - even though they do not provide daily cleaning (bcs it is an apartment) the property's condition was well-kept"
