"Difficult to describe. After first night we were rating this one or two stars - our arrival experience was awful and the restaurant staff made us feel very unwelcome. We were so tense the waves crashing beneath us on the cliffs kept us awake rather than relaxing us. We planned to Just say away from hotel for as much of the time as possible. The next day was much better and with the staff on duty going the extra mile and we relaxed and enjoyed the facilities after all and slept well. It is a beautiful hotel such a shame our stay was made uncomfortable by difficult staff"

"Okay place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance from Kelingking Beach, which is convenient but there isn't much else around you can access by foot. Room was big and clean, but not many amenities were provided."

"Loved this resort ! We like quiet and peaceful and this place certainly provided it! Private pool was clean and well maintained (used everyday) breakfast menu was excellent with a good selection and variety (we were there 7days and had something different each day! There are a few other resorts nearby if you wish to visit/dine - we ate 2 nights in and tried other local places ! Main pool is open but we didn’t need it! Staff are wonderful and nothing too much trouble! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quite holiday location away from the bai madness!"

"Petit bungalow propre ..endroit calme..piscine avec vue sunset ..super extra service..bien mangé..les routes sont très mauvaise et sinueuse partout sur l’île ..c’est le seul bémol..mais on est pres (4minutes)de Crystal bay qui bien (pas plus) et de quelle que endroit à visiter (45 minutée) faut pas avoir peur mal du transport sur cette île"

"The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The garden and pool were very pretty with a stunning view over the countryside. Breakfast was included even though it wasn't listed as such and there was plenty of choice. A bit of a hike to the restaurant each day, but helped to burn the extra calories taken on board. Made (the owner) was extremely friendly and polite. He should be very proud of his Restaurant/bar, his villas and the soon to be spa which I'm sure will be just as good. Thank you for a lovely stay."
