"Os quartos eram muito espaçosos, limpos bonitos e o atendimento foi ótimo, responderam rápido e com muita educação.
Os pontos de atenção são em relação ao chuveiro, que não tinha suporte, entao é necessário segurar o chuveiro na mão. Um dos quartos tinha um barulho alto na janela, em razão do vento. Para quem esta com malas e pessoas de idade, tem quatro grandes lances de escada. A estadia foi boa, casa de época, bem localizada, mas com pontos de atenção."

"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). "I can't say enough good things about the property, the location and Giuseppe.
Giuseppe was kind and helpful. Lugged my bag to the top floor (against my protest) and back down the next day... Also stuck around for a couple hours to keep my bags safe after checkout.
Everything I needed was available and I had a comfortable stay. If I ever go back to Montepulciano, I will definately stay again.
I was overwhelmed with how kind in the town was including Giuseppe (who reminded me of my father)...
