Staff at check in was not very informative. Our room was located in a separate building where we had to go down a level through a tunnel and then up another elevator to access our room. The directions to our room at check in were vague. There was no mention of what the hours for the dining room was or where the pool was located.

It is a pet friendly hotel but there is no dog park. There is no valet at some hours of the day. This hard to have food service to your room.

Chateau Bromont which is in the Eastern Township of Quebec, offers indoor/ outdoor pools. Several jacuzzi’s on the Terrace which also provides great food, drinks and TV viewing. The view of the mountain is majestic. There are various packages, such as golf. The dinning room, les 4 Canards was elegant and the special, Munu Plaiser was very good.

Excellent week-end getaway location and facilities, especially for those that love to ski/snowboard. Hôtel restaurant very good. Amenities decent (gym could be better). Very kid friendly. Only downside is overpriced for what it is.
