"People were very pleasant , although the evening staff don't really know much about what can be done in terms of moving people into different rooms. The room was fine king size, with a bit of room. I stayed with a group for a couple of days after and that room was in the eves , and claustrophobically small. "Check in was a breeze, Bryan checked our photo id,took our payment then explained about access after hours and directed us to our room. We had booked a room with 2 single beds and found it to be very clean and comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but we were only sleeping there so didn't bother us in the slightest. Returned about half ten to a karaoke night in the down stairs function room where bryan invited us to join in but we didn't. Had a couple of very reasonably priced drinks and...

"What a lovely find! The Shakespeare Suite is fantastic. We had Sunday lunch and would definitely recommend it. I’m gluten free and they catered for me no problems. The staff were lovely and friendly, chatted to us, were attentive and nothing was too much for them! Breakfast the next morning was great. Good choice and freshly cooked to order. "
