"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Star City and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. They assisted me with an early breakfast, a smooth check-in, and quickly resolved an issue with my room key without any fuss. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. That said, the overall exterior of the hotel could do with some attention, and the location feels rather bleak, being set on an industrial estate. Despite this, it was an ideal base for the European Championships, allowing easy access to the stadium without getting stuck in traffic. While the hotel staff made my stay very pleasant, Star City itself is not somewhere I would choose to visit again."

"The reception staff were very helpful, sorting out a booking issue, providing extra tea bags and letting us check out 1.5 hours later than normal. The hotel was extremely busy but all the staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very busy but any issues were resolved quickly (such as running out of bowls!)"
