"You get what you pay for.
This is a clean and tidy property in a great place to visit Stratford etc.
Free parking.
The place however looked tired and in need of a bit of tlc.
The tv didn’t work which was a bit disappointing since the WC semi final was on."

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing
I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on.
Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
