Personal amable

Un poco de lio con las reservas, las hice con cancelacion anticipada pero el Hotel decia que no. Instalaciones y decoracion antiguas pero muy limpio. Salvo el incidente de la reserva el personal muy amable y correcto. Nos facilitaron sin ningun coste garage para las motos.

Viaje en grupo diez personas

El Hotel Suiza es cómodo , con habitaciones reformadas , limpieza correcta, buen restaurante, y sobre todo el personal que es muy amable y familiar. Viajamos un grupo de cinco matrimonios y nos encanto esta zona poco conocida de la Sierra de Albarracin. Totalmente recomendable.

No volvería a alojarme allí

No puedo opinar sobre el hotel en si porque al querer cama de matrimonio nos ofrecieron habitación en el edificio de enfrente (que es de ellos tb) pero no me gustó nada la estancia xq pese a estar limpio no estuvimos a gusto: faltaban muchos detalles como enchufes, las camas eran incómodas, las paredes eran de papel y se oía todo el ruido (de arriba el taconeo, de al lado la tv, cuando cerraban puertas se oían los portazos que retumbaban mucho y lo peor era cuando la gente bajaba y subía las escaleras parecía una manada de caballos).En resumen el edificio es si no estaba acondicionado. Eso sí el hotel tiene una terracita con sombra agradable para tomar una cervecita

En general pasable

A mi no me ha gustado que nos mandaran a dormir a otro edificio distinto en el que sólo hay habitaciones y no hay vigilancia ni nada y además dicen que no se hacen cargo si falta algo. Al menos deberian avisarlo antes, te tenias que desplazar para desayunar o comer al edificio principal donde estaba el restaurante y recepción, no está lejos pero no es lo que yo queria ya que rechace un hotel porque no tenia restaurante y al final en este y sin saberlo resulta que también me envian a otro edificio. El desayuno un poco pobre, todos los dias lo mismo, podian añadir baicon, huevos. etc. yo soy diabética y pedi que me hicieran una tortilla francesa por que no puedo comer tanto dulce y al principio me dijeron que no asi es que no fueron muy amables. despues me hacian en el desayuno un cafe de cafetera que me cobraron cada día, nunca me había pasado, siempre me han hecho el cafe y no me lo han cobrado, como si formará parte del desayuno. Por otro lado, las habitaciones eran amplias pero habia dos camas pequeñas, en recepción me dijeron que eran de 1.10 cm. pero estoy segura de que eran de 80 o 90 cm. O sea muy pequeñas y además hacian un ruido terrible cada vez que te mueves. En recepción tampoco eran muy amables, el último dia tuvimos que esperar a pagar un buen rato y les dije luego les traigo las llaves y me dice que primero las devuelvo y luego pago pero al ver mi cara me dijo que daba igual que se las llevará luego. Es que teniamos que sacar las maletas aún de la habitación.

Hotel rural/de montaña como punto de partida.

Buen lugar para disfrutar de Bronchales y como punto de partida para distintas excursiones a pie o en coche por la comarca. Le falta actividades en el hotel sobretodo para niños, pues no dispone ni siquiera de una zona de juegos dentro, para los días de mal tiempo. La comida bien preparada, casera y abundante. Sin pretensiones, pero los platos bien elaborados. Tal vez el desayuno podría mejorarse, aunque está bien en general. La persona que nos atendía en el comedor "excelente", muy amable y se hace con los huéspedes. Una buena estancia en general.
