"Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in. The receptionist asked me to step aside so he could assist the guest behind me, stating that I had additional questions. I agreed without issue. However, after assisting not only that guest but two additional guests while I was still waiting, I asked if he could please complete my check-in. "Staff was kind. The longer term guests were an issue with noise and controlling their 7 year old kids banging on doors in their underwear randomly. Very odd."

"The room was very clean, staff was friendly, lobby is clean. Everything is really up to date, the break fast and dinner that’s included was good as well. All in all 10/10 can’t complain"

"Overall, the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Location was okay as well. The biggest concern which is now the 2nd time staying Quality Inn in Gainesville with the same experience is the smell of mold and humidity in the room. The AC unit pumps this smell all night and this is now the second time that we get stick from staying at a Quality Inn in Gainesville because of this awful smell and air quality."
