"Check-in was the only downside of our stay. We asked about early check-in and were told to return for the 4:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when my husband came back at 4:00 PM, he waited 35 minutes and still couldn’t check in. We returned again after 5:30 PM and were finally given our room. If check-in is listed as 4:00 PM, rooms should be ready closer to that time. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was fine. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the coffee was surprisingly very good too."

"The property was easy to find. Lots of parking and except for a few minutes just after 10pm, was largely quiet in the hallway."

"Room and building were fine, just know you have it pay for parking. There’s a public parking lot that’s free but it’s a few blocks down "

"The room was economical and well located. My only suggestion for improvement is the operation of the heating unit. I wanted the fan to be on low continuously. But, it cycled all night. Probably an easy fix."

"Extra fee at check in. Place is in need of renovations. Elevator out of order. ‘Take and go breakfast’ was interesting and included rotten apple and children’s juice box. Distinct odours present throughout the place. Bed extremely soft. Water drainage issues in bathroom. Place served it’s purpose but would not stay again. "

"Right by the Go station and I find the staff are good at addressing any accommodation needs. Though with the pool so close to the restaurant if you are planning to eat at the hotel I would recommend getting room service to avoid the noise and smell of chlorine, as the food is still good."
