"Staff was great. I made a mistake in my booking and they accommodated me. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, and rooms are cleaned every day. My room had a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge."

"Hotel was new and very nice but when we got to Our room a straw was on the bed, fast food napkins on the nightstand and the toilet was not flushed. It seemed like someone took a lunch break in our clean room. Front desk staff apologized, moved us to a new room. The next morning in the shower I found out the soap/shampoo was empty. While it’s a very new nice looking hotel, housekeeping must not be so great."

"This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. One big glitch. I had asked for a wake up call...

The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am.
